VIKTOR TSAPKO (1956, Verkhny Syrogozy village, Kherson region) studied at the Odesa State Art School named after Grekov, from which he graduated with honors, under professor Krystopenko. From 1998 to 2006 he lived in Toronto, Canada, where he held five personal exhibitions and participated in many collective ones. He also participated three times in the “Mamai-fest”, which takes place in Dniprodzerzhinsk. His works are housed in museums and in private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
