YAROVYI STEPAN (1913, Barvinkove village – 1988, Yalta) – Ukrainian painter, landscape painter. Member of the Crimean organization of the Union of Artists (1958). He worked in the field of landscape painting. He exhibited his works at regional, national, all-Union and personal exhibitions. He worked in the genre – landscape, marine studies. The artist’s posthumous exhibitions were held at the Taras Shevchenko National Museum. Works by Stepan Kalynovych Yarovy are stored in museums in Kyiv, Yalta, Feodosia, Simferopol, Sevastopol, Donetsk, as well as in private collections in Ukraine, Poland, France, Germany, Japan, Finland and Canada.
